Da Fezzano, via La Spezia, sono facilmente raggiungibili con l'auto o i mezzi pubblici le Cinque Terre, Lerici e le altre località del Golfo dei Poeti. A pochi caselli autostradali di distanza sull'Autostrada A12 è possibile raggiungere Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi e la Versilia, Portofino. In paese è stato recentemente costruito un autosilo con circa 100 posti auto a pagamento (tariffa giornaliera 10,00 euro). Al solito prezzo è disponibile un garage privato adiacente alla Casa di Alice. Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need.
