Perfect location for seeing all of adorable Lake Geneva! Most of our guests don't need a car at all during their stay! Our renovated private downstairs unit is perfect for those wanting to be tucked away within a quiet residential neighborhood but within walking distance to all Lake Geneva has to offer! The lake path is only 3 blocks away for hike around the lake path! Downtown shopping, the beach & amazing restaurants all within walking distance, you won't need a car! It's time to book a stay!!

Como Lake house with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.

It is just a short drive to Lake Geneva and all it has to offer with its beautiful lake, shopping, historic buildings, and delicious restaurants. It has many amenities including the Little Birch A-Frame playhouse for the kids and an outdoor firepit. The River Birch is just a 20 minute drive to Alpine Valley for snow skiing and summer concerts! It’s an ideal getaway for couples, families, or friends seeking relaxation and nature and dog friendly!

When you make your way to the basement, there is a couch with a TV and another full bathroom; everything set up for you to enjoy!
