Welcome to "Cabin on Swede Hill". Our family has farmed this land since 1871. My great grandparents, Swan and Johanna Johnson immigrated to America in the 1860's, found this land which was similar to Sweden. They raised their family here. Approximately 65 Swedish families settled in this community, became to be know as the "Swede Hills". We just received the Hoosier Homestead Award from Indiana celebrating the Sesquicentennial Award. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, recently-renovated property. This unit offers beautiful views of Lake Max from the living room, primary bedroom, & entire 3rd floor. Private lake access is just steps away from the front patio and it's just a short walk to town, the park, public beach, & Culver Academies. We love hosting (& kids) and our condo is well-stocked with most everything you need to start making your Lake Max memories with friends and family.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis where you will see Bold Eagles hanging out in our backyard tree. Enjoy kayaking and fishing during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening. For the boating and fishing enthusiast, local boat launch just around the corner. Warsaw is 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

The basement offers a game room with pool table & shuffle board, TV/Media Room, and a 4th bedroom. This home is the perfect spot for a private getaway, but close enough to local attractions.

The Channel House @ Hoffman Lake

2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is located on Hoffman Lake Channel. The Channel House is great for fishing right out of the back door. Conveniently located a drive from Warsaw, IN and several smaller towns. Bring nothing to this fully furnished cottage except your clothes and plan for fun. On site drive way parking, laundry, garage with pool table, darts, & air hockey. Several activities inside and out. Fire pit, outdoor seating and lounge chairs. We live nearby & can assist your stay!

Cabin by the Creek

This little cabin sits on the creek side with a deck overlooking the creek. You will have a woods on one side, and farm animals on the other. It is as peaceful as it gets. Enjoy the feeling and atmosphere of camping with a crackling fire in the fire pit, enjoy a s'more or 2, & a cozy queen bed to sleep in at night. It has a loft that can fit an older child or preteen to sleep. If you love camping and farm animals this is the place for you. It’s the peace you have been looking for!

All photos are 2026. 4 large bedrooms, 3 FULL bathrooms all separate from bedrooms. Easy walk to academy, Lake Max, ALL restaurants & stores. Big yard/large deck w/ grill. Washer/dryer. 1 bedroom, 1 FULL bath downstairs, no stairs for either for older or special needs. 3 bedrooms, 2 FULL bathrooms upstairs. 1-night weekday rental ONLY allowed in winter. Central Air, high-speed WiFi and plenty of space for everyone. Annual leader in return rentals in Culver for a reason.

Relax with your family at this peaceful cozy cottage. Enjoy the amenities and comfort of home while visiting your child. Cook, play games, hang out, walk to both main street and Lakeshore, short drive to Culver Academies (or a longer walk). Grill on the back deck, enjoy the professionally landscaped fully fenced yard, firepit as well! High speed internet, washer/dryer, mattress and AllerEase pillow protectors, main spices and condiments provided.

Rustic Lodge -Oak Tree Lodge

The Oak Tree Lodge is located in a country setting and offers a private lodge with an outdoor area for relaxing and entertaining. The former barn structure has been beautifully transformed in a rustic and comfortable lodge to rest, relax, and renew. We have renewed it into a fresh new life - as a lodge to invite friends and guests to enjoy and relax. The listed rate is for four people, and additional quests will be $25.00 per person.

Culver/Lake Max Home... In-Town & Close to Academy

Clean, Comfortable, Updated Home just steps off of Main Street and a short walk to Cafe Max. A great home for Academy parents to stay while visiting their children. Also, a great residence to stay in if your child's team is playing a Culver team. Dogs are welcome, please no cats. $50 additional pet cleaning fee. Need the house for consecutive weekends? Let me know. Happy to be flexible with cleaning fees and unused mid-week days.
