Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. It's an all-sports lake w/excellent fishing year-round.

All guests must be 21 or older! Beautifully appointed craftsmanship makes for a luxurious vibe in our houseboat named "RowShell". Clean and pristine, she's perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.
