Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. A separate shower, toilet, hand basin/vanity and laundry. Lovely decks, outdoor furniture, BBQ and large pizza oven/outdoor fireplace. Fenced x 3 sides.

Are you loving to get a camping experience with little comfort, here our cozy 2007 Bailey caravan for our beautiful Taupo visitors. It's equipped with a double bed, camper fridge, Wi-Fi, microwave, and bathroom, it also has a chemical toilet built into the shower room. It is fully insulated and double-glazed with a built-in heater for winter months. The caravan is parked next to the owner's home, ensuring privacy. BBQ is available on request. Ess. amenities and linens provided.

From the deck area/French doors all you will see is farmland! We are directly off SH1, down a long drive way, making this a great location for those wanting a place to stay during a road trip, but also quiet and peaceful if you want a few days away!
