A guest suite in my home separate from the rest of the house. You have your own entrance, and private Hot Tub. Located 19 miles south of downtown Austin, 16 miles to the airport and just 5 minutes from the Manchaca Bar seen. You are going to Love this little getaway! The property sits an an acre lot with lots of mature trees. The indoor space is a three room cozy space: bedroom, bath and traveler's kitchenette- Microwave refrigerator. No stove or sink. Great outdoor space. Very private.

Come enjoy ****Due to the current drought the water levels are down. The boat dock and boat launch is currently out of the water.
