Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Apple tree cottage has recently been refurbished with modern interiors and super fast broadband. A self catering cottage with its own small garden and driveway, set in bucolic countryside. Able to accommodate 3 guests (3rd guest with an additional charge) with a unique 'reading nook' which can be made into a small single bed for a young child. Babies up to 2 years old are welcome (free of charge) with a travel cot and high chair supplied. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be made available.

This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

If you love walking / mountain biking again this is the place with many walks and trails on your door step . We can now accommodate 3 people at the cottage, we have a double bed and sofa bed . There is also a lockable bike shed should any of our cycling guests need it . Lots of free parking
