Pool available from May to September - shared with hosts and one other guesthouse. We can arrange for private pool time for your family 2 hrs daily. POLICY: No smoking or pets. Enjoy the western art, central heat and air, two bedrooms, two full baths and the high speed internet and TV or just sit on the covered porch and enjoy the country. Plenty of room for your horse trailer or motor home and a 60 foot corral for your horse.

Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.
