Easy access to the highway and 12 miles from MTSU. Stay outside of the hustle and bustle of the Boro, but have the convenience of shopping and events. Full laundry room and kitchen for those longer stays! Drive in movie theatre, antique shops, Hop Springs concerts, state parks and much more nearby!

This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Your hosts, Pat and Dave are Tennessee natives who are dedicated to making your stay peaceful and enjoyable. We live in the main house nearby on the farm with flocks of sheep, horses, and dogs. This farmhouse displays the work of our talented artist son, and if you love his work, you can purchase one of the framed prints on display.

Conveniently close to I-40 with a driving time of 35 min. to the Nashville airport or 45 min. downtown Nashville. This brand new above garage loft has a private entrance. Kitchen offers granite counters, fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. For laundry there is a washer/dryer combo. We offer wifi, have good cellular reception and offer an assortment of DVDs and board games.

This is an Eclectic tiny farm house built in 1940’s, approximately 900 SF and has 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and 1 Bath. It can accommodate 2-3 people comfortably because there in a futon in the back room. Entire home was remodeled in 2021. It sits on 3.8 acres with multiple barns and sheds, remnants of a simpler way of life as a farm. Many large hardwood and cedar trees on the property. No pets, or parties.
