Villa Pinia is ideal for 6 guests. Villa is decorated in a rustic style with a lot of attention to detail. This characteristic villa has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have double bed, one room has a bunk bed. House is fully air-conditioned. Outside there is a swimming pool with deckchairs. Next to the pool there is an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs. There is also a gas grill. The apartment is equipped with a 3 smart TV’s and 3 air conditioners. This apartment comes with the free WiFi and parking space.

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.
