Enviable canal view retreat in this quaint and quiet property. A combination of peace & nature, with the canal wildlife and the centrality of Newport High Street! This house boasts private parking with a garden large enough for Barbecues or play. Ample kitchen & dining or working on the kitchen table space for business stays. Through to a cosy living room equipped with a sizeable sofabed & TV with fire stick to sign into. Upstairs two bedrooms offer double beds & solid pine wardrobe storage.

The studio is located just off the high street with bars and restaurants a few mins walk away. However it is secluded and quiet. 30 degree heating available should it be required! !There is parking outside the front door overnight, outdoor seating area. Fully equipped kitchen, washer drier, 48 in TV Sky Q with movies and sky sports, Netflix and Disney plus, coffee machine, DVD player. All bedding and towels provided along with tea coffee, sugar and condiments, cooking oil, washing liquids etc

Compact kitchen (microwave, no oven) but we are also five minutes walk from Newport High Street with an ever growing option of cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as Waitrose. Little Rosie has off street parking, is five minutes drive from Harper Adams and within very easy reach of Lilleshall Sports Centre, Weston Park and Telford. Two pubs are on your doorstep and both offer a warm welcome.

For those wanting to explore further, the historic towns of Bridgnorth & Shrewsbury are within easy driving distance, Birmingham too can be reached easily by car or train.
