Near by boat ramp, boat/water sport rentals, restaurants, grocers, breweries, winery, parks, splash pad, shopping, hiking, fishing and historical sites. Located 30 minutes from uptown Charlotte, Birkdale shopping and quaint-small town experiences. An hour or less to state parks/mountainous peaks and towns. Two night min stay on weekends.

Lake Apartment with Beautiful Lake Norman Views

This spacious apartment comes with a full kitchen and hardwood floors. The 1,500 sq. ft. apartment is on the lower level of a 6,000 sq. ft. home with amazing views of Lake Norman and its own private entrance. Wake up and see the sunrise or relax on the dock and watch the sunset over the lake! Relax in the 7 person hot tub while looking out at the lake. The separate building in some of the pictures is a boathouse that holds lake equipment for your use and is not the apartment Please, No Smoking!

Cozy Guesthouse on the Lake

A peaceful, quiet cover on the lake with lots of lake toys! Relax by the firepit or on the swing under the deck, or take a dip in the lake. You can also enjoy our kayaks, our paddleboard, or one of our several floats to lounge the day away! We have several life jackets available for various sizes but best to bring your own if you need one for a little one. You have your own space on a shared property. The owners live in the main house and happy to help as little or as much as needed!

This warm and cozy cottage has been freshly remodeled while maintaining its charming character with exposed rock walls in the open floor plan living areas. This quaint area is calling you to grab a book, open the doors to the patio and relax into your own little reading nook. This house offers three bedrooms upstairs located above the walkout basement living area with a full bath upstairs.

Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.
