Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Rent this four-bedroom, three-bath farmhouse on a private ranch 30 minutes from Houston in Alvin, Texas. Beautifully decorated with rustic charm and modern amenities- full kitchen, outdoor fire pit for stargazing and s'mores, large back porch with live oak trees, kids bunk room, master bath has large soaking tub, great room, dining area, office, laundry room with washer and dryer, charcuterie upon check-in.
