You are within walking distance to the historical town square and short drive to several marinas on the famous Dale Hollow Lake and several State Parks. No pets allowed without prior approval and pet fee.

Welcome to the Cox-Dean Family Cabin near beautiful Dale Hollow Lake. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of 17 acres of undeveloped land from the comfort of an updated and well-equipped log cabin. Features 3 bedrooms, a loft with 4 twin beds, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a board game closet, charcoal grill, a smart TV and fiber/gig speed internet. Central heat/air and city water/sewer. **NEW KITCHEN APPLIANCES AS OF JULY 2025** NOTE: We do NOT have cable or satellite TV, only streaming services.

Wildlife, peacefulness, and tranquility meet modern amenities in this new (2020) concrete log home!

Poplar Cove Retreat is a nature lover's paradise! Whether your interest is flowers, trees, birds, or rocks, you'll find it all in abundance. The house is located on our 80+ acre family farm where black angus cattle also reside. You may also spot deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is located moments away from the city square, with charming boutiques, local restaurants, & even a splash pad for the children. If you are looking for outdoor activities, Livingston is located within 1/2 hour drive to Dale Hollow Lake, and Standing Stone State park is just a few minutes away. Fall Creek Falls, Rock Island , Burgess Falls, & Cummins Falls State Parks are all less than an hour away.

Obey River House

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The top Floor of our home on the Obey river overlooking Celina. Just a few miles from the Cumberland River and Dale Hollow Dam and Lake. Grocery store and places to eat within a mile. Secluded location, super cozy and peaceful. This is our second home that we are sharing with others, we are updating and renovating little by little as we can. We asked that you please treat this place well because we do live here part time. We welcome you to our country cabin, a wonderful place for a couple’s getaway or quiet corner all to yourself. Enjoy the clean, country air and starry night skies away from city lights; on a quiet, low traffic road facing woods and farmland with field, pond, and forest behind. We are just across the field from a working dairy farm and less than a mile from the dairy farm store and creamery where you can find fresh meat, eggs, milk, and some of the country’s best hand-dipped ice cream!

Enjoy peace and quiet! The home offers many comforts and conveniences while being situated on 31 wooded acres. This is a remote, secluded location that allows you to relax, but if you do want to get out and enjoy some attractions, below are some approximate driving times. These towns offer the closest shopping so you may want to come prepared with your needs. Livingston- 25 minutes Celina- 25 minutes Gainesboro- 30 minutes Cookeville- 45 minutes

Cabin by the Creek

The cabin is a wonderful place for a family retreat or couples getaway! It is conveniently located 3 minutes from a four lane highway and is less than 15 minutes south of a town that has a population of around 5,000 and 20-30 minutes north of a larger college town of approximately 35,000. The Cabin is nestled by a shallow creek and faces 25 wooded acres that are ideal for hiking and enjoying nature.

We are only 3 mins from downtown shopping, attractions, and historical landmarks. Lake access is only a short drive away. A cute, quiet, relaxing retreat located 3 miles from the Livingston. Watch the wildlife graze right in front of your eyes and enjoy a man made lake off of a large deck. This cottage is a beautiful getaway for you! Enjoy an outdoor grill, fire pit and relax. We are located 20 minutes from Dale Hollow Lake and Cummins Falls.
