The annex is prepared to a high standard and we respect your privacy leaving you to enjoy your stay. The annex has a free sat TV, fully fitted kitchen, tea, coffee and milk are provided along with a selection of biscuits, fluffy white towels, and a comfy new bed. The sofa can convert to a double bed if required. Free WIFI.

The Barn at Middle Farm

The Barn at Middle Farm provides guests with luxury self catering holiday accommodation on a family run, small farm set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Shropshire Hills. As featured on the BBC’s Escape to the Country and Farmer’s Country Showdown, this special tucked away smallholding is also home to Gold Award holiday cottages, Shire horses, Valaise Blacknose sheep, critically endangered Soay sheep, Aylesbury ducks, a mix of chickens and three dogs.

Modern house located 1 mile from town centre in a quiet rural hamlet. Next to canal path & River Severn. Parking available. Wifi, TV and use of kitchen if required. Host has good knowledge of local area. I usually live in this house when not on AirB&B, therefore this is my home too. Please note if you want a hotel style house/room consider using the Elephant and Castle in Newtown.
