Welcome to Littleton! Our beautiful neighborhood is friendly and quiet with easy access to amenities and highways. Enjoy the comforts of home without missing any of the excitement of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. We recently renovated our guest suite and hope that you love it as much as we do. The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Under the ROCK

Guests have access to the entire main floor including 2 bedrms, 2 bathrms, Lg Kitchen, Family Rm, Gas Fireplace, Dining Rm, Laundry, and a large deck with hottub. Guests can walk just 2-blocks to the entrance of "The Rock Park" and climb the "castle rock". Downtown Castle Rock is just a 2-3 minute drive. The house is just 3 minutes to I-25 and about 15 minutes to the DTC (Denver Tech Center), about 25-minutes to the Air Force Academy, and about 35-minutes to Colorado Springs and Denver.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

The owner lives on the main level with his 2 friendly pups. Hot tub shared with upstairs residents + up to 2 guests in the unit above the garage.

We are 420 friendly, Chilling in Aurora is located 20 minutes from Denver International Airport and has easy access to Interstate-70 so you will be able to take advantage of the many local attractions. After spending a day exploring Colorado, retreat to Chilling to play video games, watch a movie on the projector in the bedroom, take a 420 break in the Chill Room or enjoy peace and tranquility in the backyard.
