Neighborhood amenities include a Clubhouse, Pool, Pickleball Courts, Playground, Pond, and Walking trails. Our house has 3 bedrooms with king size beds with your own en suite bathroom. Also, there is a bunk room for the kids with three bunk beds and an en suite bathroom. Hang out on the giant back deck overlooking the woods or relax in the hot tub. A boat slip is included with the rental.

Carlton Landing offers pools, hot tub, courts, trails, parks, swim beach, Aqua Park, shops & dining. ***We also have another profile for this home that includes the garage apartment, allowing the property to sleep up to 18 guests in total.***

Located 7 miles south of Eufaula, 3 miles to a nice boat ramp, 2 miles to Carlton Landing. 25 miles from McAlester for great shopping & dining.
