The house is in a very safe area of Crescent Beach. There are restaurants within walking distance. The house is about 900sf, perfect for small groups. Parties are not allowed and violators will be required to leave with no refund. We are motorcycle friendly. If you have questions or concerns regarding this rule, please ask.
