The estate is in a protected natural reserve and offers a wide variety of activities suitable for all ages, including wonderful walks by the Thames path, cycling, swimming, tennis courts, football pitch, two kids play areas, paddle boarding, canoeing, sailing and fishing.

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

The Carthorse Barn is a two bedroom barn conversion, sitting in the heart of the Cotswold lakes on a working smallholding with a small number of pigs and hens. The Cotswolds lakes offer a host of activities including water skiing, cable skiing, archery, shooting, paintballing, golf, angling, horse riding, sailing, canoeing and paddle boarding. Our property was lovingly completed in 2021.
