This newly renovated house on a quiet street with a large patio and enclosed back yard is perfect for large groups for mini reunions, wedding parties, etc. We're close to the State Fair Grounds and not far from restaurants and shopping areas. You will have your own private ally entrance and personal parking in the back of the business building.
