Welcome to the Bunk House. Come experience the "pretty place" in a 420 sq ft mini-house designed to provide a comfortable and secluded space within a ranch setting. It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

Around the property you will find, an in-ground pool surrounded by an extensive deck, two ponds stocked with bass, catfish, and perch for catch and release fishing, a covered outdoor eating space, and a large outdoor fire pit. Conveniently located for easy travel to COTA for F1 and other events. Many of our guests choose to avoid the hussle and bustle of Austin when going to SXSW and ACL.

Unwind in this modern cabin where nature meets comfort. Enjoy an interactive experience with friendly farm animals eager for pets and treats. Our cozy Aframe cabin has 2 queen beds, and can sleep up to 4 adults. The interior has heat and a/c, Wi-Fi, TV, sofa, microwave, small fridge, and a sink. We have a beautiful, private outdoor shower and enclosed toilet. Also enjoy the walking trails that go through the woods around cabin. We know you will enjoy your stay!

This art studio is located only about three blocks from Lockhart's cute town square complete with Lockhart's famous barbecue and locally owned cafes, shops, and bars. Only 15 miles from the Formula One race track and 30 miles from Austin, you can be close to everything while getting out of the city hustle and bustle.
