THE STABLE is a modern granny flat with 1 comfortable queen sized bed, open plan kitchen and lounge room, air conditioning close to Hunter Valley Vineyards with only a 15-20 min CAR RIDE to all main attractions and concert venues. Our flat is semi attached to our main house but has private entrance, we also have a mini dash Wonka that will be more than happy to say hello when he’s out & about. Please also note CHECK IN IS 2PM and CHECK OUT is 10am ! * All towels and bedding provided by me :)

Murray cottage

Murray is a two-bedroom cottage with two queen beds. It has beautiful views of neighbouring vineyards, and is quiet and peaceful. For weekend bookings, a minimum of two guests is required. The cottage is five minutes drive from Hunter Valley galleries and major wineries and restaurants, and less than two hours from Sydney. The cottage is kept meticulously clean by our long-term housekeeper, who uses alcohol-based cleaning agents. Generous, reduced rates are available for week-long stays.

The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among sprawling gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous heritage listed cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area.
