The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen/living space on the first floor. The kitchen provides a great space for creating some delicious dishes, while the comfy sofa and log burner make evenings even more cozy.

The sculpture is at close quarters within your apartment and in the well tended garden. The accommodation is priced for two. Babies are more than welcome ( The space is large and would accommodate three or four people with an additional cost. A sofa bed can be requested but the space is open plan).

Its a quiet and particularly beautiful part of Cornwall. The garden has featured in most of the garden/house magazines over the last 20 years, and in most recently in the book "Secret Gardens of Cornwall" 2023. Sorry we don't accept pets or children.

The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
