L’appartamento si trova a pochi minuti dalla piazza di Sant’Oronzo (centro storico) Ristrutturato nel 2020, l’appartamento è composto su tre piani : Primo piano con cucina ,salotto, bagno (e balcone). secondo piano composto da camera da letto e bagno e Terrazza panoramica. Ci sono delle scale alte da fare! La prima zona balneare di Ostuni si trova a 6 km. Parcheggio gratuito convento sacro cuore frati minori. A parte bisogna pagare la tassa di soggiorno. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
