The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Whitesands Dunsborough Beach Cottage

Thoughtfully appointed villa accommodates 4 guests across 2 bedrooms—one with a luxurious king bed, the other two king singles. Tucked into lush, leafy gardens, it's a two-minute stroll to the beach. Enjoy hotel-quality linen, a bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower. Separate toilet/ vanity area. Located within easy driving distance of Margaret River region, it's an ideal base for exploring the area's renowned vineyards & natural beauty. Note: No ocean views. Pets not permitted.

This beautiful 2 bedroom-2 bathroom cottage lies between vineyards and jarrah-marri forest. Tranquil views from every window of forest, vineyards, fields and winter creek in the valley. Designed for perfect summer and winter living, with wood fire, comfortable lounge and dining areas, well-equipped kitchen, RC-AC and WiFi. Outdoor furniture and BBQ on the covered deck. The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

"Sunny Side Gardens" in Siesta Park

Sunny Side is a country style house and is set in a magnificent garden amongst the peppermint trees giving you plenty of shade and privacy. Relax and enjoy with all the conveniences of home. Set near the pristine and sheltered waters of Geographe Bay you can take a dip in the Indian ocean or sit back, relax on the pristine beach. Located between the town hubs of Dunsborough and Busselton, Siesta park is quiet and a perfect setting to escape the hustle and bustle.

Meelup Studio

Sit back and relax in this custom built , stylish & private studio. Nestled amongst landscaped gardens , natural forest, abundant wildlife and all within a 3 minute drive to town or beach. Meelup beach !! Wake up to birdsong, walk amongst the forest or just sit on the deck and soak up the peaceful ambience. Very close to a selection of fine wineries , restaurants & breweries with surf, beach, biking and walk trails to top it off. We promise you won't want to leave.

Petit Eco Cabin at Windows Estate

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. The stunning waterfall window in the bedroom connects the inside with the out, creating a memorable feature & allowing you to sleep under the stars. Please note the cabin is an adults only retreat.

Olive Cottage

Olive Cottage is the larger of our 2 cottages situated on our small cattle farm. It has beautiful rural views overlooking pastures and lake. We are just 15/20 minutes from Busselton and Dunsbrough and just 7 minutes to Vasse where there is Coles supermarket and Vasse Village by Bunbury Farmers Market as well as several small shops

Toby Home

North facing Luxury tiny home on the banks of the Toby inlet. 3 minutes from the centre of Dunsborough by car 10 minutes walk to Palmers winery & a short canoe paddle across the inlet to the beach. Fully equiped with bbq, heated spa & beautiful deck to sit at to watch the amazing sunsets.
