Be prepared to show identification. * Access to the home has four steps. * This home has a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. * This home resides in a noise-sensitive area there is a noise ordinance in effect in Ocean City. It is unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Our rowhouse is direct OCEAN front and steps from the beach. Walk in on ground level and up to beachfront. Go up one more level to two large bedrooms, one with stunning direct ocean front views. Watch for dolphins and whales from the upstairs balcony or stay downstairs and watch the kids play outside the backdoor. The ocean is just on the other side of the sand dune. Oceanhaven is located in the low density stretch of Ocean City, with the least crowded and widest sections of beach.
