Fountain City is a lovely little area in the northern part of Knoxville that is known for it's duck pond and park. The cottage is fully stocked with everything you could need, from kitchen cooking essentials to a 50 inch smart TV preloaded with streaming apps like Netflix and Disney+. Need to work remote? We've got you covered with a convenient work desk and reliable 100mbps internet.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Vacation Station. Our brand new, modern cottage comfortably sleeps 6. Elegantly furnished, it offers open living space, dining, kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and Quartz countertop. The master bedroom offers a K sized bed, a 42” smartTV, a walk in closet/on suite with stand up shower and double sink. The 2 other bedrooms have Q size beds. They share hallway bath with bath/shower. Sheets and towels provided.

The Little River Cottage is located beside the Historical Blount Swinging Bridge . Enjoy the large back yard and sit around the fire pit in the evenings .

Welcome to Memaw's! No, my "Memaw" did not live here! I purchased this place only because I opened the door with a skeleton key and envisioned it becoming a cool mid-century modern nightly rental. I envisioned guests coming and showing their kids momentos from their childhood and how things "used" to be in a more simple time. North Cove Cottage

Our cottage is light and airy. Nice kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher. It is on a quiet dead end street. Only 10 miles from the airport. Our cottage is located 1.2 mi from Ish Creek boat ramp. We are just up the road if you need anything. You are welcome to call or text. Our cottage is very close to 3 different public water areas. The first is just over a mile. Very relaxing area. Access to bedroom #3 may be restricted per # of guests.
