From the time you walk into this beautiful Old Victorian you walk into history. Occupants include: LeRoy Long, Pioneer Dr. whom also built OU Med School born 1869; Dr. G A Kilpatrick; Carl Albert, House Speaker and only man to turn down the Presidency of the U.S; Sandra Elliot, main prosecuting Attorney during the McAlester Trial of OKC Bombing accomplice Terry Nichols.

If you are wanting adventure you are 45 mins from Robbers Cave State Park just out of Wilburton. We have multiple cabins so bring friends.

Welcome to our lakeside cottage! We are located on Lake Eufaula only 10 mins north of McAlester, OK. There's a boat ramp located less than 1 mile away. Enjoy the lake view from the screened in porch, porch swing in the lower back yard or a hammock next to the water. Includes water access. Water shoes are recommended, it's pretty rocky. Room 1 features a queen bed. Room 2 has the option of 2-xl twin beds that can be converted to a king if preferred. Also, a queen sofa bed for extra guests.

We are only 7 minutes from McAlester and all of the shopping, restaurants and nightlife it has to offer, but far enough out of town for peace and quiet.
