Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). To bring more than one pet, pre-approval & addt’l. fees apply. One external security camera by the kitchen door.

Bring your dog and take advantage of the gazebo and fire pit. The full kitchen, laundry, jetted tub and comfy reading space you will feel right at home. Stay a night or a week, whatever it takes to recharge your batteries. Traveling nurses and business travelers are welcome. We are happy to have you.

Our brand new garage apartment is walking distance from CMU, downtown, and Lincoln Park! Easily bike or walk to morning coffee, the riverfront, or take a short drive to Lunch Loops for mountain biking and hiking (our favorite!) We have a Nespresso machine or french press for morning coffee, washer/dryer, non-toxic shampoo & conditioner, body wash, and lotion, and any kitchen appliances you may need during your stay. Also provided a pack n play, high chair, and baby items for families :)

The Peach House is a Tiny Home! Private parking, entrance and the entire tiny house is yours with a studio apartment vibe. Kitchenette (sink, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and microwave). Full bathroom with shower, double bed, TV and a comfy couch. Private outdoor patio, firepit and unobstructed view of Palisade vineyards, Mt. Garfield and Colorado sunsets. Tiny and set among the vines and peach orchards. Close to wineries, hiking, river activities and downtown Palisade.

Sunshine Cottage

Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 5 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. Lots of coming and going on the farm so hopefully you like people and be prepared for a lot of activity. Looking forward to hosting you:)

Desert's Edge provides an authentic Fruita experience to all seeking an outdoor Colorado adventure. Fruita is known for its world-famous mountain biking trails, and Desert’s Edge is centrally located to all the action, but we hope to highlight more Fruita attractions for you to explore during your stay.

Our newly built 2 bedroom private cottage sits at the base of Colorado National Monument and is thoughtfully designed to help you relax and unwind. Ride out the back door or take a short drive to the legendary trails of Grand Junction and Fruita. When the fun is done, rest your legs on your secluded patio and watch the sunset over the sand stone towers looming in the backyard.
