Whether you are walking the 155 acres of trails, relaxing with a good book on the porch, or enjoying the many animals on the property, you will leave here recharged and refreshed. Minutes from downtown Waxhaw, Monroe, and 20 minutes to Ballantyne and Waverly, the Little House is close to everything.

Tackle Box

Welcome to The Tacklebox. This cabin has all you need for a perfect getaway on a relaxed working farm. Perfect for a party of three or a nice romantic stay. The cabin is rustic with all the amenities you’ll need! The farm is a 125 acres with 3 stocked ponds. Bring a fishing rod and try your luck at catch and release fishing. You will have the opportunity to see many animals on the farm including dogs. Your dogs are welcome too for an additional fee. We also have horseback riding for a fee.

The Hey Loft: A Boutique Studio at a Horse Farm

Welcome to the Hey Loft, a unique, equestrian themed space w/a huge window overlooking the riding arena & pastures. Immerse yourself in the magical world of horses in this serene open studio apartment located on the 2nd floor of the barn. The space is designed in farmhouse/rustic decor. Privacy curtains divide the bed from the rest of the well appointed room. Blinds/black-out curtains are installed over the viewing window. The farm is minutes from the shops & restaurants in historic Waxhaw.
