Originally built in the late 1800s as a two room cabin, this historic cottage is known locally by many names such as the Gingerbread House, Hansel & Gretel House, or the Elf House. You will love this whimsical and cozy home full of historic details. Located less than one mile from Columbia's downtown district and Mizzou. **All guests must acknowledge/accept the rental agreement prior to booking. This is in the "House Rules" section**

Welcome to our cozy retreat in the heart of Columbia. Home of the Mizzou Tigers, True/False Film Festival, Katy Trail, historic downtown, and much more! Located within a 1 mile drive to downtown, your home away from home includes off-street parking, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, patio, and fenced back yard. Our guesthouse is located on the NW side of Columbia. We can accommodate from 1 night stays to monthly reservations! 1 - 2 guests are recommended for long term and short term stays. 3 guests for short term stays. Welcome! This small open spaced building is comfortable and detailed to be extra clean. Take a look! You will have a thoughtfully furnished, ready to move in, lodging all to your own! Lots of amenities provided and extras too! Our place and property is very private and quiet.

Now fully licensed, this adorable bungalow was completely remodeled in 2022 and is close to everything Columbia has to offer. Enjoy our nationally recognized Farmer’s Market, or head downtown for excellent dining experiences! Perfect for a weekend getaway or business travelers, this home offers everything you need for a perfect trip.

Large Mother-In-Law Apartment Surrounded by Park

We have a delightful mother-in-law apartment that is perfect for families, business travelers, girls' weekends and more. The space includes two large bedrooms (one on the main level and one upstairs), a living room, kitchenette (no oven/stove) and bathroom, and it is fully furnished. We are pet-friendly, but charge an extra $50 to your reservation fee. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet.
