The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

The Wolf Den

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this 40ft converted luxury shipping container equipped with a beautiful outdoor roll top bath, TV, fully equipped kitchen , fire pit/BBQ. 2x king-size beds .this can sleep 4 . Nestled in the heart of the new forest with wildlife on your door step. We have 2x forest pubs in close walking distance and the beach is a 25 minute drive. You walk out of the gate straight onto the new forest national park with lots of walking and cycling routes available.

Tucked away in the New Forest National Park, Hyde Paddock is set up to be child-friendly, it has a hot tub in the private garden and is a cosy self catering home away from home. Cosy accommodation on the Avon Valley Footpath

Close to the New Forest, on the Avon Valley Footpath and across the road from the Avon River, we are ideally located for walking, cycling or bird watching in the beautiful Blashford Lakes. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm). Note, we are situated on a main A road.

The gardens wrap around the bungalow with hedging and fencing on all sides. The bungalow has been updated with new electric central heating system, new kitchen with some new appliances. Off road parking for 3 cars. 1 dog accepted - 2 by request. Location is idea to enjoy walks and cycle within the New Forest and walks along the Avon Valley path.

There is a working TV all streaming channels and strong Wi-Fi connection throughout !Bedroom 1 has a superking bed. The second bedroom has two comfortable singles. The bathroom is has a luxurious bath and a large sunflower shower . The walks from the gate are truly spectcular. You won’t want to leave!

Blashford Manor Farm - The Shire Cottage

Beautifully converted old stables, Shire Cottage at Blashford Manor Farm is spacious. 2 large bedrooms. Master bedroom with king size bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. The cottage comfortable sleeps 4. Well equipped kitchen, 4 ring hob and gas oven, butlers sink, fridge and ample storage space. The lounge diner has 2 settees, TV and dining table. Large bathroom with shower over bath. Front walled courtyard. Rear patio with hot tub. All cottages are self contained.

The Little Berri

The Little Berri is situated within the idyllic New Forest National Park. The cabin is self-contained, beautifully finished to a high standard and is complete with an enclosed private garden. Direct access to the forest, guests can enjoy exploring the beauty of the National Park straight from the front gate. There is also quick and easy access to main roads for guests to enjoy the beaches, villages and towns nearby and of course some wonderful country pubs.

The Bothy is in the heart of the picturesque, tranquil village of Harbridge. This gem of a place is on the edge of the New Forest offering miles of fantastic walking, cycling and horse riding. It is set within a pretty garden with windows overlooking garden/fields making a peaceful and romantic setting for anyone. You have a lovely ensuite bedroom with a small kitchen. There are numerous pubs in the area which offer good evening meals.
