I voltini e una parete nella zona giorno lasciata a vista enfatizzano l'antichità del luogo in cui soggiornerete. La cucina è moderna con piano a induzione ed è dotata di ogni utensile per cucinare. Casa Statiella è vicina al centro città di Acqui Terme ed a solo 500 mt dalla zona termale e dalla sua grande piscina ed è un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le ricchezze enogastronomiche, storiche e naturalistiche dell'Alto Monferrato. In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

Only the pool area is shared with another flat. In the middle of the Barolo vineyards and a few minutes from the village of Novello, ideal for couples, families, small groups. The owners are available to organise tours and activities: wine tasting, restaurants, e bike, yoga, massages, home chef.

Posizione dominante all'interno di un grande giardino circondato da vigneti e frutteti. Camera indipendente al piano superiore con alto soffitto con travi a vista e accogliente soggiorno al piano inferiore, con cucina attrezzata. Bagno con doccia al pian terreno. Luminoso e arredato con gusto, ideale per una famiglia o una coppia.

Cascina piemontese di grande charme e indubbio fascino. La ristrutturazione ha mantenuto l'autenticità storica e culturale della casa. Internamente le strutture originarie, riportate sapientemente alla luce: pavimenti in cotto e pastine, soffitti in mattoni a vista o decorati con affreschi. Il soggiorno è dotato di camino con trave in legno, cucina con antica cappa. Clare's cottage è circondata da un piccolo giardino mediterraneo attrezzato per la vita all'aria aperta.

Con un balcone che si affaccia sulla Langa e i bastioni, soggiornando qui potrai sempre ammirare i panorami unici che caratterizzano questo angolo di Piemonte.

Charming Holiday Home with private spa located in Laghe and Roero, an oasis of real relaxation where you will therefore be the only guests. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
