It has an open floor plan, a full kitchen and an antique claw foot tub. There are horses, chickens, cows & honey bees located on the property as well as a stocked fishing pond and a swimming pool. You may see a combine harvesting a crop off in the distance or beekeeping activity. Come fall in love with this rural farming area.

Our cozy cabin sits in the heart of Cajun country, about 30 minutes outside of Lafayette. It's a great place to spend time relaxing in the quiet serenity of South Louisiana, or enjoy spending a night or more traveling through, it is located just 8 miles north of Interstate 10. We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.

Cabins are prewar 1940's motor court with covered parking. Each cabin features, queen bed, tv, Wifi, small bathroom with a shower, original lavatory & fixtures in the bathroom. Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee pot. 2 air conditioners and electric heaters. Restaurant onsite (Magnolia Cafe) hours Tuesday through Sunday 10am until 3 pm. Coffee shop onsite (Birdman). Come enjoy the historic motor courts with modern amenities!
