It has a woodfire that heats up the whole place in winter as well as AC unit/ceiling fans for summer days. The kitchen/lounge floor plan opens out to huge deck via bifold doors. We hope you enjoy your stay here in our rustic little cottage by Balnarring Beach, we provide stand-up paddle boards and bikes and offer other activities like winery tours and tandem paragliding, parking is out the front with a manual sliding gate we have a 8 kW air-conditioner which heats and cools in Minutes… you can play some pinball listen to some Vinyl and only two minutes to popular restaurants and supermarket in town and a five minute walk to the beach.
