Fully equipped kitchenette including Smeg kettle and toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. Roberts Radio, Smart TV, Wifi. Outside space and parking. Great pub in the village.

The annex is private and comfy, in a quiet country setting, located on the border of Dorset & Somerset, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The famous Jurassic Coast is a 20 minute drive and the closest pub a mere 2 minute drive away.(20 min walk) There is an open plan living room with double doors that open onto a deck over looking a private garden below. There are a number of scenic walks to explore from the annex. Crewkerne-a few minutes away has Waitrose, lidl, Boots, Savers & Poundland.

From sunrise to sunset you can sunbathe on the outdoor sofa, bathe in the outdoor tub or stargaze on the fireside loungers. Walk the adjoining woodland or meandering the country lanes to the award winning gastro pub or even a visit to The Jurassic Coast. Also use of The Hillside Hot Tub and The Barn which offers a gym, sauna with cold plunge and games room.

The River Parrett and trail runs through the farm . We are only 30 minutes drive from the world heritage site that is the Jurassic coast, which has the towns of Lyme Regis famous for its fossils and Bridport which are popular for the beach and cafes.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

Gardener’s Cottage is a renovated period cottage and has been fitted to a high standard. It has 1 bedroom with a king-size double bed and en-suite shower room. The open plan living area has a modern integrated kitchen, armchair, sofa and dining table. It’s perfect as a quiet bolthole or a romantic retreat for two. The Barn is very close to all the shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes of Beaminster as well as some of Dorset's best walks, National Trust sites, Jurassic Coast beaches and weekend markets.
