Featuring a king sized bed, mini fridge, lounge area, toaster (breakfast included inside your studio with toast, butter and jam and organic coffee and milk. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

It's a short walk to the supermarket at Pt Chev shopping centre , and an easy walk to the Zoo, Motat and Western Springs Park. Not far to lovely little Pt Chev beach.

Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

The garden studio is 5km from the city centre and 2 mins to a frequent city bus stop. Mt Eden village & Maungawhau/Mt Eden summit are an easy walk away. For sports fans and concert goers Eden Park is close by. Art-house cinema, The Capitol is a short walk away, amongst the popular Asian cheap eats on Dominion Rd. This quiet no-exit street is close to everything you need. Good for solo adventurers and couples. Kitchen facilities: sink, microwave, full fridge, toaster and kettle.

For the month of January we have a minimum of 4 night stay Unfortunately this studio is unsuitable for children and Infants. Couples only.
