Looking up at the stars from a steaming hot shower, listening to the rhythmic footfall of 'Po' the possum as she takes her night walk or curling up on the sofa and relaxing. stableBASE is a sunny, architect-designed wing of our home, just a short drive from Albany’s centre, beaches, scenic walks, and National Parks. Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

3 Parade St Albany is located just 20 metres from the Brig Amity and Old Gaol Museum. This house is a dedicated accommodation and includes a cheese plate and wine on arrival and breakfast provisions. Air conditioning in the lounge/dining area. With ample parking on site leave your car and walk everywhere. Only 400m to the main street with numerous cafes, bars and boutique shopping. 3 king beds, 1 single bed, 2 bathrooms including a bath downstairs and double showers to both.
