Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. MTSU and downtown Murfreesboro are both 6mi away. Downtown Nashville is 35mi. BNA Nashville International is 30mi away.
