Lynch Premises

Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

A bright, open space, our cottage has all of the necessary amenities to make your stay enjoyable. 15 minutes from nearby Twillingate and Iceberg Alley, you are sure to see whales and icebergs in May and June while enjoying warm Newfoundland hospitality throughout the year. 5 minutes from Pikes Arm Lookout and other beautiful hikes. Built in 1915 this newly renovated sawmill/general store/work shop (building Newfoundland boats) was given a new life in 2021!
