It has its own patio with table, chairs and barbecue, and a view out over the fields and the forest. Nestled on 13 acres, The Lazy J is home to our alpacas, horses, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. Walk down the trail to watch the animals, and relax beside the creek.

South facing, sheltered from most of the wind, walk-on oceanfront in the city! Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

All this 10 minutes from the shops and cafes of Nanaimo.
