Privately located at the end of the driveway on large garden grounds with separate vegetable garden, access to Walking track up to Paddy's Knob view point & playground .House has amazing expansive views of the Tasman Bay, Tahunanui beach and mountain ranges of Mt. Arthur and Owen. Large parking area. A short walk to the beach for a swim, SUP ,kayak or Coffee & breakfast . Located a few minute walk away are tennis Courts, sports fields, Nature land , and many activities located at the beach park.

Visit our working lifestyle property. There are spectacular sea and mountain views, friendly Valais Blacknose sheep & Belted Galloway cows & calves. Ranch slider opens onto a small deck where you can sit on the park bench or eat at the large table enjoying the view or watching the animals. Centrally located to the wineries and NZ oldest pub - The Moutere Inn. A great starting or relaxing way to finish the Abel Tasman in the Kahurangi National Park. Suria - guest suite on semi-rural lifestyle block

Our house is on a small rural hill-top, with views over Tasman Bay. The private guest deck through the living room door leads to the shared patio, spa (winter only) and swimming pool (summer) - use by arrangement with us. There is a TV and DVD player in the Lounge which includes a small, basic Kitchenette with a kettle for coffee/tea-making, a toaster, a bar fridge, and a microwave for reheating of ready meals. No pets or children (for security and safety because of the pool).

Relax and unwind in this charming studio retreat offering comfort, privacy, and easy living. Enjoy the pool surrounded by lush greenery, a sunny deck for lazy afternoons, and shaded gazebo for warm days (shared area). Park outside your door, with a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away and cafés and supermarket within 10 mins. Inside, the studio includes a kitchenette with everything for you to make a meal if you fancy. A bathroom ensuite, a lounge and a dining nook.
