This unique holiday home, with a decking area of the wirral waterfront has a style all of its own! + free parking( if reserved ) please note, there are steps down to the property, (as we are situated on a road with a hill) the steps take you down to a beautiful view from the garden decking ,and then on to our very stylish lower apartment , cruise ships and other vessels sailing along , which can be seen clearly ,a very relaxing place to stay while you enjoy sitting on the decking area.!

Enjoy big skies & tranquility when staying at the Owl House. Located in my garden with an uninterrupted view of sand dunes & Sea. This is a relaxed 'off grid' style set up for guests to enjoy a coastal location. You need to bring 2 pillowcases, a double duvet cover, bottom sheet & towels. Not for the faint hearted . Baby Owl, a small wooden space, sleeps 1 person, also bookable. This is glamping, a hand built wooden structure heated by one oil heater. Plus an electric blanket in the bed.

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
