Located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the Main Inn, Country Inn Rooms are quite small but elegantly appointed. All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. There is no ocean view but beach is within walking distance. *Not suitable for travel cribs or cots, 2 guests max.* **Please note there are NO ELEVATORS in any of our buildings

Winter is happening in Vermont and we would love to host your trip. More than "just another Airbnb" the Birch & Berry Inn and Farm is a quintessential Vermont country inn and farm. An easy drive to Burlington, local colleges, UVM and the Airport with hiking, and recreational activities close by. The inn is walking distance to Hinesburg restaurants, shops, and breweries. Quite, clean, and the best price in town. These rooms tend to be on the smaller size, and do have SMALL bathrooms. If you are looking for a larger space, look for our Suite Airbnb listing, or book direct though the hotel.

This small, first floor waterfront room is in our historic Main House Inn, and has a large picture window facing the harbor and mountains of Mount Desert Island! Perfect for those who will be spending more time hiking and on the beach It has a queen bed with a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. No A/C, fans provided. Not pet friendly. *Complimenary Wine & Cheese night cancelled for 2021*
