Our house is the perfect getaway for a family, group of friends or a couple. The lake and gardens around the house provide the quiet and peace of a retreat place, away from the busyness and distractions of the city. It's a very pretty drive to Columbia, MO (about 30 minutes), and 20 minutes to Rocheport, a very cute historical town by the Missouri River. A beautiful attraction that is close to our property is the Warm Springs Ranch. The Clydesdale breeding farm. This is a great place to visit.

Spacious family home perfect for reunions or a peaceful retreat. Listed as a 2 bed, however there are 2 family rooms with a pullout sofa. Enjoy the historical scenery and the sound of church bells as you peruse the uniqueness Boonville has to offer. Short walk to Main St. and the river. Right next door is an additional Airbnb that we offer for reservations, perfect for larger gatherings or family trips. 10-14 guest availability. The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

*BREAKFAST INCLUDED* Stay in a cozy log cabin located in an historic town. Ms. Ada’s House was completely restored in 2023. Built in the early 1830’s, you’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time while enjoying its modern amenities. Sleep in the original log cabin room, relax on the daybed swing on the front porch, and enjoy meals under the light of a lantern. Then at the end of the day, the bright and sunny living room transforms into a cozy den as you relax by the fireplace.

The WhiteHorse Guest House

Come enjoy this lovingly restored 1895 home on the National Register of Historic Places, located in the heart of historic Rocheport, Missouri. The home is filled with American country antiques and hooked rugs. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen, brick patio and hot tub. The home is blocks away from the Katy Trail, shops and restaurants. Nominated by the magazine, Inside Columbia, as one of the top 5 places to stay in the Columbia area for 2026.

Romantic Getaway when you stay under the stars at our mancave retreat. This property is on 122 acres of rolling hills, pecan trees and crop land. We harvest pecans every year. The mancave comes with a full size bedroom with television upstairs, futon, full bath, kitchen/bar/living room area. There are four smart TVs including one one on the patio. You can choose to sit and watch TV from the hot tub or inside. Seasonal pool will be ready by memorial day and thru September.

Attractions include museums, aquatic center, golf course, and Warm Springs Ranch home of the Budweiser Clydesdales.
