Hilton House Two is perfectly located in the heart of Hilton, just 800m from the N3 highway. It is close to local schools and shopping centres. The cottage has its own private garden and own entrance and is joined to the main house. The property has remote gate access, with secure parking directly outside the cottage. Some highlights include uncapped WiFi, solar power backup, a four poster queen bed and a single day bed, a smart TV and a trendy kitchette! We would love to welcome you soon!

Forest Falls Treehouse

Enjoy the serenity of nature on the edge of the Umgeni Valley. Conveniently placed less than 10 minutes away from Hilton Village. This is no normal cottage. Our Forest Falls Treehouse is built at the confluence of two streams. Perched amongst trees, birds are constant visitors while shy nyala often make an appearance. This self-catering cottage can be reached after a short walk in an indigenous forest down steep stairs built into a cliff face. Meals can be purchased through prior arrangements.

We like to think that we have the best of both worlds here at Yellowwoods. The benefits of farm life, yet easy access to cafes, restaurants, bicycles trails, farmers markets, golf courses and schools. Only 2kms off the N3, we are easily accessible and very easy to find. We are a little farm, so there may be some ‘farm noise’ about and general day-to-day goings on! The Goat House has an outside table/chairs and braai facilities. WiFi and DSTV included.

Slow down and reconnect in this peaceful Karkloof countryside retreat. Perfect for couples, this cozy garden villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, indoor fireplace, and a wood-fired pizza oven for relaxed evenings under the stars. With no TVs, the space is designed for switching off and enjoying the quiet farm surroundings. The villa is accessed via a farm road; higher-clearance vehicles are recommended, though smaller cars can manage.
