This stylish 1050 square foot unit is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown commercial building with a large bank of windows overlooking Marcy Street. Parking is in a covered commercial garage 150 yards away.

We are are centrally located in a local arts neighborhood, just 1.8 miles from the plaza and not far from Meow Wolf & main museums. If you want to stay in the touristy historic district-- not us. Small animals considered. My place is Downtown, close to Old Town, the Sunport Airport, Nob Hill, and the University of New Mexico. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets).
