Well behaved dog welcome (Extra charge of £20 per stay) but not allowed upstairs. Large kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower, lounge & upstairs double bedroom (kingsize bed). Enclosed private shingle area outside complete with picnic table and bbq. Use of the field directly opposite annex for walking dog.

It has a private entrance and off road parking. The Foredeck is on Barton-on-Sea cliff top, and it is only a five minute stroll down to the sea shore.

With its own entrance and space for parking, guests can guarantee a comfortable stay and enjoy watching our miniature Shetland pony and chickens. The room has a kingsized bed plus large futon bed. It is 10 minutes from the New Forest where ponies and cattle roam free and 15 minutes from Lymington town. Keyhaven and Christchurch are only a short drive away and easily accessable by bike.

Cliff Top studio is our bright and airy ground floor apartment, it has a fully fitted kitchen, en suite shower room, King size Bed, Sofa, enclosed courtyard garden, onsite parking, it is within 200yards of the Cliff Top at Barton on Sea, where there are uninterrupted views of the Needles, Isle of Wight, Christchurch Harbour, Hengistbury Head and the Purbecks beyond that.
