The harbour and town beaches are a 5 minute stroll whilst a 15 minute walk will get you to Fistral beach. The Apartment has a parking space to the rear, which is a highly sought after commodity in the busy season. The apartment suits couples and small families and enjoys views across the town and out to sea, taking in sunset.

SOUTH FISTRAL COTTAGE is newly built with space and luxury in mind and is nestled in between South Fistral Beach and the Gannel Estuary. A 5 min walk to both. The cottage is alongside our bungalow at Pentire, with parking on the driveway. Your entrance is separate and secure. The gate opens onto an undercover deck and into an open plan kitchen lounge dining area with 55 " smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed built in a wardrobe and 1.5 ensuits. High-speed internet. 20 min walk to town.

It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate to come and go as you please & a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our teenage puppy in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.
