By car we are 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the Train Station and 28 minutes to downtown Tel-Aviv (on the train from Binyamina). It is central for star trips to the northern seashore of Israel as well as the sea of galilee and Golan Hight's. a lot of little villages around for shopping and tourism.

The house was built with attention to the smallest details, two living floors with lots of windows to the view and good air, a large courtyard with an ecological swimming pool in summertime . Vegetable and spice garden, children's sandbox, musical instruments. It is possible to rent a music room by prior arrangement.
